1 Introduction

Welcome to kerkiya. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the kerkiya platform, available at kerkiya.vip. By registering an account or using any part of the kerkiya platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Kerkiya is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a range of games including slots, strategy games, and live casino titles. All services are provided subject to these terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and kerkiya.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on kerkiya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one kerkiya account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If kerkiya detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Kerkiya may contact you using the details on file for account verification, security alerts, and support purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kerkiya login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Kerkiya will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to kerkiya support in advance.

Kerkiya accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds held within it to another person.

4 Deposits

Kerkiya accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your kerkiya wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Fees: Kerkiya does not charge deposit fees; your payment provider's standard charges may apply

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Kerkiya reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative payment methods if a third-party source is detected.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your kerkiya wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Kerkiya processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays may take up to 48 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Processing time: Within 24 hours (standard); up to 48 hours during peak periods
• Fees: Kerkiya does not charge withdrawal fees

Kerkiya reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your national ID, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money funds deposited by you are always withdrawable, subject to identity verification requirements.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Kerkiya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus terms that apply to all kerkiya promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited after the expiry date.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless kerkiya explicitly states otherwise.
• Kerkiya reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• Kerkiya reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a way not intended by kerkiya — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on kerkiya use either certified random number generator (RNG) technology or provably fair cryptographic systems. Game outcomes are determined independently of kerkiya's operational systems and cannot be altered after a round begins. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is displayed on the game information page before you start playing.

Kerkiya is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• You must play games manually. The use of bots, scripts, or any automated tools to play games is prohibited.
• You must not exploit software bugs or errors in games. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to kerkiya support. Any winnings derived from a known bug may be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or its games
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the kerkiya platform or its games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Abusing the bonus system in any way not intended by kerkiya
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kerkiya staff or other players

Kerkiya monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, kerkiya reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void any associated bets or winnings, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Kerkiya reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure)

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these terms, kerkiya will conduct an investigation before making a final determination. During the investigation period, your account balance will be held and no withdrawals will be processed. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and your balance released.

10 Responsible Gaming
